Brief As AdRoll’s Creative Director, I led the redesign of their website with a modern, user-centric interface that aligned with the brand identity. Alongside the website revamp, I helped launch SendRoll, their new automated email tool. The focus was on blending design innovation with functional UX to drive user engagement and conversion rates.

Audience Our primary audience included AdRoll’s existing customer base of marketers, advertisers, and e-commerce businesses, as well as new users exploring personalized marketing solutions.

Approach We conducted multiple rounds of A/B testing on hero designs to maximize user engagement from first touch. Refining UX flows and messaging, we prioritized intuitive navigation and scalable design. Special attention was given to SendRoll’s core features—automated email triggers and personalized recommendations—to ensure a seamless, impactful user experience.

Outcome The updated AdRoll website delivered a sleek, modern brand experience with improved conversion and engagement metrics. SendRoll’s intuitive interface and personalized features enhanced user satisfaction, resulting in stronger campaign performance. Overall, our work elevated AdRoll’s digital presence while supporting the successful introduction of a major new product.
